Order a ride

Use the browser for a quick price inquiry or order (even without login).

1. Enter start and destination in the app. You need your YOURTAXI login for the order.

2. You will now see the available vehicle types (Budget, Luxury, Van) with the fixed price and the duration. You can choose the time (immediate or pre-order), billing method (route or 1-10 hours) and payment method (cash or recorded credit card). Enter a message for the driver if necessary.

3. Book your trip now. Please be patient for a moment, YOURTAXI is looking for the next available drivers (they also drive for other providers). If no driver is available, a window will be opened for advance booking.

Taxi is coming

• As soon as a driver has been assigned and the driver has accepted the order, the passenger sees the driver's picture and information about the car. The respective locations of passenger and driver are shown on the map, and they can also contact each other in connection with the ordered trip.

Change / cancel order

• At least 40 minutes before the pick-up time, the passenger can adjust the pick-up date / time, the pick-up / destination address or the taxi category. To do this, please tap on the menu, My Journeys > Current in the YOURTAXI app.

• The registered passenger can cancel the pre-booking 40 minutes before the pick-up time free of charge. If you cancel within 40 minutes before the pick-up time, you will be charged half of the existing fare. If you cancel your pre-booking after the scheduled pick-up time or do not show up, you will be charged the full fare. If the driver does not show up, you will not be charged. If you are a passenger and need to cancel an immediate order, there is no charge to you.
