YOURTAXI is fully digital, offers an always friendly taxi service day and night, is customer-oriented and reasonably priced. Especially the possibility to pre-order rides is very popular with our passengers.
Even if the driver is not visible online, the artificial intelligence system can process the pre-order regardless of the driver's availability. Please test it out!

YOURTAXI has solved an essential problem with its business model: It offers cab services with socially compliant employment models. In addition, YOURTAXI exclusively and uniquely enables users to order a cab anonymously.
YOURTAXI works exclusively with fixed prices (per route or hour). This only changes if the destination is changed by the passenger during the journey.
Fixed route or hourly rate
Normally we charge per distance (km):
Budget: Base: CHF 4.00, per km CHF 2.60, per min CHF 0.59 .
Minimum charge: CHF 15.00 for immediate orders and CHF 25.00 for advance orders.
Cancellation fee: For immediate order free of charge! / For pre-order depending on cancellation time!*
Service fee: net it is 12% (with social contributions it is about 24%).
VAT amounts to 8.1% for an annual turnover of CHF 100,000.
Luxury: Base: CHF 6.00, per km CHF 4.20, per min CHF 0.79.
Minimum charge: CHF 20.00 for immediate orders and CHF 40.00 for advance orders.

Service fee: net it is 12% (with social contributions it is about 24%).
VAT amounts to 8.1% for an annual turnover of CHF 100,000.
Van: Base: CHF 8.00, per km CHF 5.00, per min CHF 0.89.
Minimum charge: CHF 25.00 for immediate orders and CHF 50.00 for advance orders.

Service fee: net it is 12% (with social contributions it is about 24%).
VAT amounts to 8.1% for an annual turnover of CHF 100,000.
*Cancellation fees for pre-orders: The registered passenger can cancel the pre-order free of charge 40 minutes before the pick-up time. If you cancel within 40 minutes before the pick-up time, you will be charged half of the existing fare. If you cancel your pre-order after the scheduled pick-up time or do not show up, you will be charged the full fare. If the driver does not show up, you will not be charged.
Alternatively, you can also reserve a driver for 1 to 10 hours. This way you can take care of several transactions on the same day. Here are a few examples:
Budget: 1h incl. 30km CHF 88.-, 4h incl. 125km CHF 310.-, 8h incl. 240km CHF 670.-
Lux: 1h incl. 30 km CHF 120,-, 4h incl. 125 km CHF 395,-, 8h incl. 240 km CHF 775,-
Van: 1h incl. 30km CHF 130.-, 4h incl. 125km CHF 410.-, 8h incl. 240km CHF 850.-
No change in case of detours or traffic jams
The app calculates the fare including any traffic/congestion.
Detours by the driver may not be charged separately.
Change of destination | Multiple passengers
If the passenger changes the destination, the app automatically calculates the new fixed price.
The orderer pays for the trip until the end of the trip, even if he shares the trip with others and gets off before.
Return trips must be booked as a separate trip.
Waiting times
At the starting point the driver waits 5 minutes (at the airport, bus stop and train station 10 minutes). Please call the driver/passenger before cancelling or leaving the starting location.
Waiting times at the destination cannot yet be taken into account in the system. If the passenger wants the driver to wait at the destination, the trip must be completed and a new trip booked.
