Use the browser app

Open the YOURTAXI browser app and enter the pickup and drop-off addresses.

You'll see right away:

• Fare

• Travel time

• desired departure time

• Billing type (distance or time)

• Payment method (cash or credit card)

Then log in or sign up using your email address, mobile number, and password.

You will receive an SMS code to activate your account.

Install the smartphone app

Install the YOURTAXI passenger app:

• iOS: App Store ("YOURTAXI - Request Taxi 24h")

• Android: Google Play ("YOURTAXI - Request Taxi 24h")

After logging in, verify your account using an SMS code.

Optional:

• Save credit card payment

• Enable location access

• Turn on notifications

Forgot your password?

If you click "Forgot Password," you will receive a link via email to reset your password.

Technical Notes

If the app doesn't start:

• Restart your smartphone

• Update or reinstall the app

• Check your internet connection
