YOURTAXI accepts card payments with the app as well as payments to the driver (cash or card). In any case, the tip is entirely for the benefit of the driver.

Payment method credit card

With this payment method, payment is made via the YOURTAXI app.

1. Enter your card in the app (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).

2. Select "credit card" as the payment method.

3. The amount is automatically debited from the credit card account. In this case no payment has to be made to the driver!

Cash payment

With this payment method you pay the driver at the end of the trip (more expensive for driver and YOURTAXI).

1. Select "Cash" for the payment method.

2. Pay cash or according to availability with the driver's card terminal.

3. The driver pays the commission separately to YOURTAXI.

Tips

• When paying with the "Credit Card" app, you can enter the tip in the app when the driver is driving you and before your ride is over.

• If you pay the driver, round up the amount. In any case, the tip is entirely for the benefit of the driver.

Receipt

• After your journey you will receive a tax-deductible receipt via registered e-mail. The receipt is also visible under "My account".

• Please contact us immediately if the receipt is not issued correctly.
