Taxi Reservations in Zurich – Plan Easily Online
With YOURTAXI, you can book your taxi in Zurich or to Zurich Airport (ZRH) in advance for a specific date and a set pickup time—24 hours a day.
You can still place a reservation even if no vehicles are currently visible in the app.
Requirements for pre-ordering
To make a reservation, you must have a YOURTAXI account with a credit card on file (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX).
Bookings can be made up to 1 hour before departure. However, to ensure availability, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.
Changes & Cancellations
Changes or free cancellations are possible up to 40 minutes before the pickup time.
The following rules apply:
less than 40 minutes: 50% of the fare
if picked up late or no-show: full fare
If no driver shows up: no charge
Waiting time for pickup
The included waiting time is 15 minutes from the pickup time.
Minimum prices for pre-orders
Budget: CHF 25
Luxury: CHF 40
Van (up to 6 people): CHF 50
4-digit trip code for security verification
As soon as your driver arrives at the pickup location, you will receive a 4-digit trip code in the YOURTAXI app and via text message.
Please provide this code to the driver or confirm it before the ride begins. This ensures that you are in the correct vehicle and that your ride is handled properly.
The trip code enhances safety for passengers and drivers and helps prevent misassignments.
Note: Enable app notifications so you receive the code in time.
Email Confirmation & Driver Assignment
After each pre-order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.
Once a driver has been assigned, you can view the driver's details in the YOURTAXI app under " My Rides."

Additional luggage may be subject to a fee, depending on the vehicle's capacity.

Children under 4 years of age: must use a child safety seat.
Children ages 4 and up:
Child seats are usually available.
Available as an optional extra (subject to availability):
CHF 18, payable directly to the driver or via the app.
Ride with animals
Animals must be transported in an appropriate carrier.
The driver reserves the right to decide whether to allow animals on board.
