PRE-ORDER

The easiest pre-ordering process: With YOURTAXI you can Pre-order pre-order for a specific date and time. We offer the service on a completely automated basis around the clock. Even if there is no taxi visible or available in the YOURTAXI app, you can still make a Pre-order post one.

YOURTAXI is fully digital, offers an always friendly taxi service day and night, is customer-oriented and reasonably priced (Fixed price guarantee). Especially the possibility to pre-order rides is very popular with our passengers.

Pre-order procedure

In order to place a pre-order, it is mandatory to register with YOURTAXI with a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard or AMEX). As a guest customer it is not possible to place a pre-order. As a guest you can only place an immediate order place an instant order. We do not offer cab ordering when you call us.

2. registered passengers can make a reservation no later than 1 hour before the pick-up time. pre-order make a reservation. The maximum waiting time for a pre-order is 15 minutes, which is counted from the scheduled pick-up time. After 15 minutes of waiting for a pre-order and in case of "no-show" of the passenger, technical problems or missing trip code, the fare will be charged automatically.

3. 40 minutes before the pick-up time at the latest, the passenger can adjust the pick-up date / time, the pick-up / destination address or the taxi category. To do this, please tap on the menu, My Journeys > Current in the YOURTAXI app.

4. the registered passenger can cancel the pre-order free of charge 40 minutes before the pick-up time. If you cancel within 40 minutes before the pick-up time, you will then be automatically charged half of the existing fare. If you cancel your pre-order after the scheduled pick-up time or do not show up, you will automatically be charged the entire fare. If the driver does not show up, you will not be charged.

5. the minimum prices for our pre-orders: Budget CHF 25.00, Luxury CHF 40.00, Van CHF 50.00.

4-digit journey code

As soon as the rider arrives at the pickup location, whether it is an instant order or a pre-order, the passenger will receive a pop-up notification in the YOURTAXI Rider app with the 4-digit ride code, also as an SMS. To receive the timely and necessary pop-up notifications or general SMS, please enable the access to the notification service for the YOURTAXI Rider app.

Why is this 4-digit journey code required?

So far, we have found out that the passenger rode in the vehicle of the wrong driver, who did not have a trip code... Similarly, it may happen that the driver finishes the job without arriving at the destination, which leads to the disappointment of our valued passengers! This 4-digit trip code guarantees the certainty that the trip went 100% smoothly, both for the driver and the passenger.

 E-mail confirmation l Notification

Once the registered passenger has made a pre-order, they will automatically receive a confirmation email. When we manually assign a driver, the passenger receives a notification and can then view the driver details in the YOURTAXI app under the menu > My Trips > Current.

The manual process allows us to assign any offline or online driver immediately after receiving a pre-order with no perimeter. Thus, we 100% guarantee our valued customers that their pre-order will be fulfilled at any time of the day or night (24/7).

If it is not possible for us to assign a driver manually, an automatic process will be used to assign an available driver who is online within a 12 km radius of our passenger. The search for an online available driver starts 20 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.

 Passenger and luggage capacity

Budget or Luxury category can carry up to 4 passengers and you can take a maximum of 4 medium sized suitcases!Van category can carry up to 6 passengers and you can take up to 6 large suitcases! Additional large luggage may be charged or refused!

 Child seat

If a child is younger than five years old, the customer must bring a suitable child seat. Every YOURTAXI vehicle has a free child seat for children over five years old. You can also contact us to organize a child seat, but we cannot give you a 100% guarantee! If we can organize the child seat, there will be an additional cost of 18 CHF, which you will pay directly to the driver, or you can add 18 CHF as a tip in the app when the driver drives you and before your ride is finished.


Ride with animals

Animals must be transported in a suitable box. It is the driver's responsibility to decide whether the animal should be transported.
