We expect clean cars from drivers and clean behaviour from passengers. Smoking, eating or drinking in the vehicle is prohibited, unless the driver gives permission in special cases.

Contaminations

• If a passenger vomits in the taxi, he/she will be charged CHF 500 for special cleaning and loss of earnings of the driver. The driver takes photos, including of the identity card, and contacts the police for documentation.
