The main goal of YOURTAXI is to drive customers safely and comfortably from A to B without collecting any customer data. Order a taxi anonymously exclusively and uniquely only from us!
Guest mode for selecting the "Pick & Drive" category:
No registration is required to download the app until a journey is completed.
To book a taxi via YOURTAXI, all you need is a mobile number.
If you have decided to order a taxi via YOURTAXI, you must download the app from the Google- or Applestore or go to the Google website call.
Your current location is automatically displayed when the GPS tracker of your smartphone is switched on.
You only have to select the destination address manually.
You have to enter your mobile number, you receive an SMS code, verify the device and place the order. At the end of the ride, you decide whether you want to pay with cash or with a credit card directly to the driver.
You are only connected to our platform from the time you place your order until the completion of the journey.
As long as you finish the ride, you will receive an SMS receipt and will be logged out automatically
You and the driver know each other by a 4-digit ticket number. The mobile number is additionally anonymised by a proxy number.
Apart from the mobile number and the details of the journey carried out, no data about you is stored in our database.
As a guest user, you cannot place a pre-order. For a pre-order a Registration is absolutely necessary.
