YOURTAXI Technology (company registration number CHE-496.553.495), with its registered office at Unterfeldstrasse 21 CH-8050 Zurich, Switzerland, is the data controller for the personal data of drivers/passengers and has appointed a data protection officer (service@yourtaxi.ch).

YOURTAXI (hereinafter also referred to as "Your-Taxi GmbH", we or us) is very interested in the security of the personal data you provide when visiting our online platform. Your trust means a lot to us. The following data protection declaration therefore provides you with information on how we guarantee data protection on the YOURTAXI platform, which data is collected and how the data provided is processed and used.

By using our website and creating a personal account, you agree to the data protection declaration described below and the way in which the data is collected, processed and used.

Personal data that we process

• Full name, email address, mobile number, place of residence and work permit.

• Geolocation of drivers and routes.

• Vehicle information (incl. official registration number).

• Driver performance.

• Driving licence, photo, occupation and identity card.

Purposes of the processing

• We collect and process personal data for the purpose of connecting passengers with drivers to help them move around cities more efficiently.

• Geolocation and routes are processed to analyse the geographical area and make suggestions to drivers. If you do not want to disclose your geolocation to passengers, you must close the YOURTAXI app or indicate in the YOURTAXI app that you are offline and do not currently offer any ride services.

• Driving licence, work permit, occupation and identity card are processed to determine compliance with the law and
  suitability to practice as a driver.

• The YOURTAXI app displays the driver's photo, name and vehicle details so passengers can identify the driver and vehicle
  .

Legal basis

• The processing of personal data is carried out for the fulfilment of the contract concluded with the driver. The prerequisite for the use of YOURTAXI services is the processing of the identification and geolocation data of the driver.

• Personal data may be processed on the basis of a legitimate interest in the investigation and detection of payment fraud.

Receiver

• The driver's personal data is only shared with passengers whose order has been accepted by a driver. The
  passengers see the name of the driver, the registration number of the vehicle, the telephone number, the photo and the geolocation data

• The processing of personal data by them is carried out under the same conditions as set out in this privacy policy.

Security and access

• The personal data collected in the course of providing the Services will be transmitted to and stored at the data centres of Frankfurt
  and/or Amazon Web Services, Inc. which are located in Germany and the territory of a member state of the
  European Union. Only authorised employees of YOURTAXI companies have access to the personal
  data and are only allowed to access the data for the purpose of clarifying issues related to the use of the services (including disputes related to transport services).

Processing of passengers' personal data

• The driver may not process passengers' personal data without our consent. You must not contact any Passenger or collect, record, store, access, use or cross-use any personal data provided by the Passenger or accessible to you via the YOURTAXI app for any purpose other than the performance of the carriage services.

• The driver must comply with the rules and conditions for the processing of passengers' personal data set out in the Passenger Privacy Notice. If the driver violates the requirements for processing passengers' personal data, we may terminate the driver account without notice and claim compensation from you.

• When performing work for YOURTAXI, the employee uses the platform / app provided by YOURTAXI. It is the property of YOURTAXI and may not be misused in any way.

Access, rectification, storage, erasure and data portability

• Personal data can be viewed and corrected in the YOURTAXI rider dashboard.

• Your personal data will be stored for as long as you have an active driver account with the YOURTAXI platform. If your account is deleted or closed, the personal data will be permanently deleted from our database.

Settlement of disputes

• Disputes in connection with the processing of personal data are resolved via customer support (info@yourtaxi.ch) or by contacting YOURTAXI's data protection officer (service@yourtaxi.ch).

• The supervisory authority is the Swiss Data Protection Inspectorate(Data Protection- Switzerland (admin.ch ), which you can contact by e-mail: info@edoeb.admin.ch.
